To support our Executive Director - Sales in the coordination of the Sales Team and tand the development and implementation of the sales strategy we are looking for an Executive Sales Support Key responsibilities: Support in the management of the entire commercial structure of the group, including the coordination of ca. 35 sales agents from multiple European countries Development and implementation of sales strategies Supervision of projects and monitoring of performance, management and costs Reporting activity for the management board Organisational and administrative tasks for the Executive Director Sales (scheduling, preparation, follow-up and planning of meetings, etc.) Qualifications: University degree in Economics or similar degrees Working experience in the fields of sales steering or project management Independent, proactive, structured and meticulous way of working Strong communication skills with hands-on mentality and high flexibility Excellent organisational and time management skills High service and customer orientation High proficiency in English and Italian, German is a plus We offer: Competitive remuneration & meal vouchers Company welfare program Supplementary health fund Training and development opportunities A lively and fast-paced working environment with a strong focus on green logistics #J-18808-Ljbffr
