What you'll be doing
Supporting of Marketing team for events and communication in Italy
Organising and coordinating of meetings and roadshows for wholesale clients in Italy with LGIM fund managers
Taking part in sales and marketing campaigns (Christmas, sales campaigns etc)
Supporting the Italian Newsletter
Coordinating press inquiries in Italy with LGIM press department and external agency
Translating and/or reviewing documents (advertising, pitch documents, product documentation, newsletters, pitch presentations, reporting documents)
Maintaining and managing data in Salesforce, completing call reports, updating the pipeline (ongoing queries, pricing, etc.), answering requests for documents
Responsibility for managing the Milan office, including purchasing (e.g. office supplies), lease
- and maintenance of technical devices, landlord and rental management, IT services, disaster recovery plans and business impact assessments
Providing administrative support in day-to-day business to Country Head
Raising purchase orders, managing administrative and expense processes
What we're looking for

**Education to degree level or above is desired**:
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Resilient and decisive
Italian speaking with Spanish language skills a plus
Highly team-orientated
Work to and share best practice
Exceptional communication skills

To continue with our European Growth Strategy we are looking for a talented Business Support Executive to support across our Sales and Marketing functions in Italy. Maintaining effective cooperation, coordination and interface management to actively support the achievement of the aspirational Sales targets for Italy, whilst ensuring smooth processes and workflows in the Milan Office.
