**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking an General Services Specialist who will join the Facilities department based in central Milan.
- How you will contribute:_

Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

- Maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication
- Point of reference for internal employees and external stakeholders and suppliers
- Create and implement guidelines, policies and procedures
- Transmit brand philosophy to the suppliers, especially for activities in close contact with staff (Reception, Canteen, Buttler)
- Organize the office layout and support for meeting room maintenance
- Address employees queries regarding office management issues (events, carpool, reception, stationery, cleaning etc.)
- Manage relationships with office suppliers (cleaning, carpool, reception, stationery, vending machine etc.)
- Provide general support to visitors
- Support for desks and meeting rooms reservation
- Implement and manage hospitality Projects
- Who you are:_
- At least 3 years of experience in Office / General Services Management
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Previous experience within the luxury industry is considered a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of Office programs (mainly Excel and Power Point)
- Fluent in Italian and English
