About the role
- We are looking for a Channel & Customer Marketing Specialist Pharmacies, Chains and Networks who can develop new commercial opportunities_ within these Ph. _Sub-channels._

Key responsibilities- Developing and sustaining long term relationships with pharmacy customers and suppliers_- Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives_- Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities_- Managing the Trade Marketing budget_- Responsible for client plans development in collaboration with sales team_- Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams_- Visiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected. Meeting clients to set the Trade Marketing Plan and monitoring performances_- Coordinating with advertising agencies to ensure that all materials are meeting company and clients standards_- Monitoring competition and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth_- Stakeholder management across different functions (marketing, sales, supply chain, customer service)_

Qualifications and skills

Essential- >2 years’ experience in pharmacy environment or trade marketing roles_- E_xperience in working with retailers and _wholesalers/distributors_- Experience in working on core business drivers (assortment, stock, layout, pricing, promotion)_- Experience in Consumers Path of purchase dynamics_- Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data_- Easily engaging with the customers, peers and building trustful relationship_- Effective communication skills (developed listening skills/ ability to explain, train and coach)_- Negotiation skills_- Category Management guidelines knowledge_- Good financial acumen allowing to present business benefits_- Details orientation_- Understand qualitative research technics and methods_- Good storyteller who can show the vision and benefits_- Ability to work in fast paced environment_- Ability to work with the data_- Well organized and disciplined_- Proactive in problem solving_

Preferred- Young talent who has 2+ years of experience working with the pharmacies or in commercial functions- Ideally having sales and/or trade marketing experience- Person who enjoys interacting with the customers and learning from interactions with different people

Contract period: Fixed term contract 12 months
