Room Mate GIULIA is looking for a Shift Leader to take care of Giulia´s guests and to give them outstanding service throughout the entire stay.

You will be responsible for the front of the house during your shift and supervise receptionists, guest relations, porters and will report to the Front Office Manager.

MAIN TASKS
- Coordination of front desk operation during your shift, ensure outstanding service to guests and colleagues.
- Ensuring guest complaints and issues are resolved in a quick way to full satisfaction of the guest and reporting on this to the Front Office Manager.
- Ensuring smooth reception shifts, including handling check-in and check-out yourself.
- Control and ensure correct handling of cash / invoicing / credit cards.
- Support reservations department when needed.
- Ensure proper reporting to management, head offices and other departments.
- Making work schedules and ensure proper shift staffing.
- Duty officer tasks.
- Suggest improvements in department and hotel
- Other tasks assigned by the Front Office Manager.

YOUR PROFILE
- A minimum of one year experience as shift leader in similar hotel size is a must.
- Excellent English. A third language is a plus.
- Representative.
- Flexible.
- Great communicational and motivational skills.
- Passionate for service with a smile
- Knowledge of PMS Opera are valued

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Stipendio: Fino a €26.000,00 all'anno
