Aufgaben

Als zentraler Ansprechpartner für das Marketing der Produkte und Leistungen der drei Gruppen-Niederlassungen zeichnen Sie mit Ihren 2 Mitarbeiterinnen verantwortlich für:

- die Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Marketingstrategie der Firmen-Gruppe in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der jungen Geschäftsführung
- die Erstellung und Umsetzung eines Marketingplans inklusive eines Budgets
- die Einhaltung der Corporate Identity Richtlinien
- die Planung und Betreuung bestehender und neuer Marketingaktivitäten in den Bereichen Web, Print, sozialen Medien
- die Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung der Corporate Website und des CRM Tools in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb
- die eigenständige Ausarbeitung und Einführung von neuen Verbesserungsprojekten im Bereich Marketing, der internen und externen Kommunikation
- die Planung, Organisation und Nachbearbeitung von Messeauftritten, Veranstaltungen und Firmenevents

Profil

**Als idealer Kandidat**: in haben Sie nach abgeschlossenem Studium bereits mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing oder Vertrieb bei einem international tätigen Unternehmen gesammelt und bringst folgende Eigenschaften mit:

- Freude an der Verantwortung federführend für die Marketing-Strategie eines dynamischen Unternehmens tätig zu sein
- Kommunikations
- und Organisationsgeschick
- Kreativität und Eigeninitiative
- Sehr gute Deutsch-, Italienisch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Gutes Verständnis der Vertriebsprozesse
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßiger Reisetätigkeit zu den Standorten und Messen
- Beherrschung des Office Pakets (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
