Job Title: Launch Manager, Digital Solutions

Division: Weir Minerals

Location: Onsite/Hybrid/Remote

Purpose of Role:_ _We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Launch Manager to join our team. As a Launch Manager specializing in Digital Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in the successful launch of our innovative digital products and solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution from conception to market release.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end launch process for new digital products and solutions, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.- Collaborate with product management, engineering, marketing, and other teams to define launch strategies, objectives, and success metrics.- Develop comprehensive launch plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and expectations.- Oversee and contribute actively with the execution of launch activities, including product development, quality assurance, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer support.- Analyze launch performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and enhance our launch capabilities.- Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.- Proven experience in product launch, or related roles within the technology industry.- Strong understanding of digital solutions, software development lifecycle, and agile methodologies.- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence without authority.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
