Per una nostra azienda cliente società nel settore Carbon Steel ricerchiamo la seguente figura:
Junior Internal Logistics e Sales Support
La risorsa sarà inserita nel team che gestisce la logística e la vendita di acciaio in modalità Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI):
nell’ambito di un contratto di lungo periodo, ogni giorno dal magazzino dello spedizioniere, partono le consegne dei rotoli di acciaio (coil) ai vari stabilimenti in base alle richieste.
**la persona di occuperà di**:
Coordinamento con l’operatore logistico (magazzino e spedizioni)
Coordinamento con gli stabilimenti del cliente
Gestione deli ordini (acquisto e vendita) in SAP
Fatturazione, note credito, note debito (in SAP), fatturazione passiva.
Gestione delle procedure di importazione
Gestione dei reclami (dal cliente e verso il fornitore / assicurazione )
Visite presso gli stabilimenti del cliente e presso il magazzino
Attività di inventario fisico e reportistica
Gestione anagrafiche - Gestione pagamenti
Organizzazione visite ospiti
Controllo documentale
**Requisiti**:
La provenienza da azienda multinazionale/strutturata è un plus
**Titolo di studio**:
Diploma o laurea (anche triennale)
**Settore di provenienza**:
idealmente settore logistico o acciaio.
Familiarità con le attività tipiche dell’import/export costituiscono un plus
Richiesta precisione e conoscenza di Excel
**Competenze linguistiche**:
inglese fluente
**Competenze informatiche**:
familiarità con SAP è un grande plus
Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali e internazionali in Corea e Germania
**Offerta contrattuale**:
Contratto a tempo indeterminato
**Inquadramento**:
4° livello, CCNL Commercio
Retribuzione 28K
