Per sostenere la crescita e l'espansione dell'attività architettonica, siamo alla ricerca di un Sales Manager Italia (m/w/d) che si occupi di aprire nuove opportunità di business nel mercato della progettazione di uffici. La posizione è situata nel Nord Italia e riporta al Regional Manager EMEA.

Tasks

I vostri compiti
- Aprire nuove relazioni con i clienti e gestire le relazioni con i clienti esistenti con account chiave critici per il mercato dell'interior design degli uffici per aumentare la domanda di pareti in vetro commutabili nella vostra regione.
- Acquisizione di partner e creazione di nuovi progetti nel mercato delle finestre innovative.
- Collaborare e coordinarsi con i clienti e i partner del settore vetrario per promuovere la crescita nella vostra regione.
- Assicurare il raggiungimento di tutti i traguardi e gli obiettivi per i progetti dei clienti/area di mercato.
- Allinearsi con i team di vendita globali sulle opportunità e le possibilità di accelerare la crescita a livello globale.

**Requirements**:
Il vostro profilo
- Idealmente, 5-7 anni di esperienza lavorativa nei mercati della progettazione di uffici, gestendo grandi progetti di sviluppo di uffici.
- Idealmente, vi siete laureati in interior design/architettura o possedete una laurea técnica simile o avete maturato una significativa esperienza lavorativa nel mercato della progettazione di uffici o nel settore dei sistemi di partizione.
- Avete una profonda conoscenza del mercato della progettazione di uffici e vi piace l'idea di sviluppare nuovi clienti in questo settore.
- Siete in grado di reagire in modo rapido, flessibile ed efficace alle situazioni impreviste, sopportate l'ambiguità e siete resistenti allo stress.
- Sono richieste eccellenti capacità di comunicazione in lingua inglese. La capacità di presentare progetti a livello di C-Level è un requisito indispensabile.
