**Careers that Change Lives**

Nel ruolo di Technical Consultant Aortic dovrai supportare gli impianti di sala operatoria nelle regioni Lombardia ed Emilia-Romagna ed in caso di necessità essere di back up sulle altre regioni del Distretto Nord. Riporterai direttamente alla District Manager Aortic.

Dovrai inoltre prestare supporto alla forza vendita commerciale per presentazione dei prodotti e relativi dati clinici del portafoglio Aortico, occuparti della corretta movimentazione dei prodotti necessari in sala ed essere allineata con le strategie della divisione Aortica.

**A Day in the Life**
- Fornire supporto tecnico e specialistico in sala operatoria al fine di consentire un corretto utilizzo dei prodotti Medtronic della linea Aortica.
- Imparare a leggere le TAC dei pazienti e fornire il sizing&planning della procedura aortica attraverso il nostro software TriMensio.
- Partecipare attivamente a presentazioni, convegni e meeting per supportare i colleghi Sales nel dare ai medici tutte le informazioni necessarie sui nostri prodotti costruendo, nel contempo, solide relazioni.
- Fornire training ed aggiornamento tecnico ai medici, e ad eventuale altro personale ospedaliero (infermieristico) nonché a tutte le persone coinvolte nell’ utilizzo dei prodotti Medtronic.
- Dare supporto nelle attività post marketing, attivamente partecipare all’individuazione delle strategie di sviluppo del business nel territorio di competenza.
- Attenerti alle regole aziendali relative alla corretta movimentazione dei materiali necessari agli impianti, alla loro registrazione di impianto sul software dedicato MMX, ai resi degli stessi, ai controlli dei conti deposito (Permanent e Temporary) presso le Aziende Ospedaliere. Dovrai rispettare la policy Medtronic relativa alle tempistiche di giacenza dei materiali sopra menzionati.
- Fornire, ogni qualvolta il medico ne faccia richiesta, un supporto tecnico/ specialistico immediato talvolta nell’arco di poche ore, sia nella parte di planning che nella parte di presenza in sala operatoria.
- Dovrai inoltre avere buone competenze in abito commerciale, conoscere le varie dinamiche politico/amministrative all’interno degli ospedali di competenza, ed essere quindi anche in grado di analizzare il mercato, sviluppare e mettere in atto le strategie della Divisone Aortic mirate allo sviluppo del business nel territorio di competenza.
- Dovrai impostare solide relazioni di fiducia con la parte commerciale, con il marketing e con le fuzioni a supporto del business.

**Must Haves**
- Laurea in ingegneria biomedica o materie scientifiche
- Knowledge dei dispositivi e del mondo sanitario
- Disponibilità a spostamenti sul territorio di competenza, anche con brevi preavvisi temporali; Disponibilità h24 telefonica
- Problem - Solving: capacità di affrontare il problema da più punti di vista aiutando il medico a trovare le migliori soluzioni ai problemi tecnici
- Competenze di Sales Force APDR
- Impatto nella comunicazione con il medico
- Team oriented
