ManpowerGroup per cliente leader nella vendita di energia elettrica e gas è alla ricerca una risorsa da inserire nella struttura Analisi Vendite Mass Market che ha la responsabilità di presidiare lo sviluppo e la gestione degli strumenti operativi a disposizione dei canali di vendita, presidiarne la formazione e supportare i canali nelle attività di analisi quantitative e qualitative dei risultati di vendita dei partner commerciali. La risorsa, in particolare, sarà focalizzata sul canale clientela PMI.
La persona si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Gestione ed implementazione di analisi e strumenti di controllo legati alla forza vendita;
- Sviluppo e mantenimento di tool di monitoraggio operativo dell’attività commerciale;
- Redazione di reportistiche;
- Supporto all’attività operativa della funzione;
- Elaborazioni ed analisi dati a supporto dell’attività commerciale;
- Sviluppo di strumenti finalizzati al miglioramento dei processi operativi della funzione.
Qualifiche e caratteristiche richieste:
- laurea in economica o cultura equivalente
- Persona precisa, dinamica e curiosa
- Doti e approccio analitico
- Approccio proattivo con propensione all’apprendimento
- Propensione ad autogestire e organizzare la propria attività
- Orientamento al lavoro per obiettivi e capacità di lavorare in team
- Attitudine al problem solving
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e Access)
- Costituisce un plus la conoscenza di Salesforce e Qlik Sense
Costituiranno titolo preferenziale precedenti esperienze in società del settore Energia o di consulenza.
