RBS is searching for a Business Development Representative specializing in recruitment, advising and sales. This role is responsible for demonstrating our unique value proposition and career advancement protentional of the master to prospective students, recruiting as many new students as possible each month to meet our growth goals.

This role is highly goal and objective oriented, heavily oriented towards sales skillsets. Applicants should have a good understanding and/or experience of sales roles such as inside sales, B2C or sales representatives. Recruiting and career advising knowledge or experience is considered a plus for this position.

The position will report directly to a team manager, overseeing monthly objectives.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

- Contact potential students based on their availability (potential students normally work full time), mostly during mid-day and early evening hours
- Schedule a video call to demonstrate our unique value proposition
- Gather documentation for qualification and increase commitment levels
- Handle excuses and objections often found related to admission decision deadlines
- Complete enrollment process with accuracy and precision
- Collaborate with your team and manager to find solutions to problems related to weekly/monthly goals

Minimum Language Requirements
- Minimum English Level C1
- Other Languages are a plus

Preferred Experience
- Experience in B2C sales
- Experience in a start-up, fast paced or dynamic work environment focused on revenue growth
- Effective communication, convincing and control skills
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and interpersonal skills
- High orientation towards services offered and needs of the client
- Extremely high orientation towards results, goals, objectives, solutions, punctuality, and energy

This role is focused on results, performance, and excellence. We are looking for top 20% performers for this role. Everything is sales and this job is an example, requiring many sales skillsets and attitude for success.

Working Location: Via Terenzio 35, 00193 Roma RM

Working Hours: Full-Time, on site, in office:

- Monday: 11:00 to 20:00
- Tuesday: 11:00 to 20:00
- Wednesday: 10:00 to 19:00
- Thursday: 10:00 to 19:00
- Friday: 9:00 to 16:00

Smartworking: After a 3-month trial period, we offer 2 days of smartworking per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Smartworking is an additional benefit, based on the results of the previous month

Contract: CCNL ANINSEI Level III, short term 6-months to start, renewal based on performance as follows:

- Underperformance: 3-month contract renewal
- Average performance: 6-month contract renewal
- Overperformance: 12 months or indeterminato contract renewal

Average Annual Salary:

- 35.000€ to 45.000€ (gross)
- 22.750€ to 29.250€ (net)
- 35% income tax applied for 2024

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Retribuzione: €35.000,00 - €45.000,00 all'anno
