Objectives of the role
According to the company's strategy, She/He contributes to manage the relationship with customers and supports Sales Area managers Organization
She/He will report to the Customer Service Coordinator
Duties
- Supports customers, acting as a strategic partner
- Provides to order and data entry
- Works in team with production planning, supply chain and quality depts to properly scheduling and ensuring a timely service
**Skills**:
- Bachelor's Degree, in foreign languages as a plus
- Fluent English and at least one other language (Spanish or French)
- Excellent knowledge of Office package; SAP as a plus
- Problem solving, proactivity and team working
- Strongly customer oriented
- Good planning and organizational skills
