Office Manager/administrator

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across diverse functions on a global scale. This role encompasses responsibilities in Executive assistance, Facilities management, and Event planning.
**Responsibilities**:
Support executive diary management, travel and expense management.
Execute daily administrative tasks for seamless office operations.
Closing / opening offices as required and reception cover (3 days per week).
Manage and organize facilities and corporate services contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Provide support for procurement processes relating to facilities, including vendor communication and supplier management.
Assist in sourcing and purchasing activities as required.
Plan and coordinate international company and board events, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful event, travel and facilities management.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in administrative roles with a global perspective.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with international event planning, procurement processes, and global contract handling.
Receptionist and facilities / office management experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €5,000.00 - €10,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 25 per week
