Barilla G.& R. Fratelli is looking for a student/graduate for an internship opportunity within the Global Marketing unit based in our Head Office in Parma.

The intern will be part of the Barilla Global Marketing team, supporting the Barilla For Professionals brand and focusing on projects dedicated to the HO.RE.CA channel and Out Of Home meal consumption (pasta + sauces). He/she will have the opportunity to experience the international setting of a global marketing department as well as understanding the Food Service environment, currently facing unprecedented evolution. She/he will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team, supporting the manager on strategic projects and innovations for the company as well as taking ownership on specific activities.

He/she will learn how to manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The trainee will collaborate with several company’s departments (sales, supply chain, finance, digital ) and external creative agencies.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Supporting the team in implementing new product launches in Food Service
- Implementing new packaging and visual identities
- Leading the production of communication assets
- Contributing to the team’s daily business activities (i.e. interaction with local markets)

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing Management / International Management / Economics / Communication
- Good MS Office skills
- Fluent English (the knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus)
- Outstanding project management skills, ability to balance priorities and multiple tasks
- Great coordinating skills, creativity and pro-activity
- Skilled communicator and strong team player
- Enthusiastic approach, eager to learn and with can-do attitude
- A previous experience gained through relevant internship (ideally in marketing or trade marketing department of a FMCG Company) will be preferred
