**Posizione**:
Stiamo ricercando una/un Mechanical Department Coordinator. La figura, riportando direttamente all' Engineering Department Manager, garantirà la buona riuscita, il livello di qualità ed il rispetto delle tempistiche di tutte le attività di progettazione ed in generale di EPCM, nel campo degli impianti meccanici.

Identificherà e proporrà le migliori strategie operative e gestionali, ottimizzando e gestendo le risorse interne ed esterne a disposizione.

**Compiti/attività**:

- Programma le risorse interne del dipartimento e gestisce l’utilizzo fornitori esterni, a mezzo dell’interfaccia con i PM ed Engineering Department Manager;
- Organizza e partecipa a sessioni di impostazione e revisione progetti con PE, PM e specialisti relative all’area di competenza;
- Approva formalmente la documentazione di tutti i progetti nel campo impianti meccanici;
- Coordina il dipartimento con le altre funzioni aziendali;
- Produce documentazione progettuale e partecipa a meeting con clienti e fornitori per l’area di competenza;
- Identifica gli strumenti di lavoro del team (software o altro), coordina inoltre lo sviluppo e promuove l’utilizzo di documentazione técnica standard (specifiche, elenchi prezzi, liste di verifica etc );
- Partecipa alla selezione del personale da inserire all’interno del dipartimento, ricerca ed individua fornitori esterni per l’area di competenza;
- Supervisiona e produce documentazione per pratiche autorizzative per l’area di competenza.
- Provvede alla formazione e alla crescita del personale di dipartimento, garantendone lo sviluppo professionale e la soddisfazione motivazionale.
- Elabora stime ore, tempi e, quando richiesto, costi a supporto del Commerciale TC.
- Assicura la rispondenza dei progetti e delle realizzazioni ai requisiti del Cliente ed alla normativa di riferimento.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Ingegneria.
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel coordinamento e nello sviluppo di attività di progettazione impianti meccanici.

**Conoscenze**:

- Ciclo vita di un progetto di edilizia ed impiantistica industriale, con particolare focus in campo farmaceutico.
- Progettazione e attività EPCM.
- Impianti HVAC a servizio di impianti farmaceutici.
- Impianti di produzione e distribuzione black utilities.
- Impianti clean utilities (conoscenza generale).
- Impianti di spegnimento incendio.
- Impianti di automazione e controllo in campo civile ed industriale.
- GEP (Good Engineering Practices).
- Normativa in vigore con particolare focus in campo meccanico (UNI etc..), autorizzativo, energetico e farmaceutico.
- Norme GMP (Good Manifacturing Practices).
- Lingua inglese.
