NGG is part of the FARFETCH Group and recently created a spin off business NGGH++ that will be a growth accelerator and an incubator of new ideas, brands and businesses. Reebok is the first big and exciting project to enter this incubator.

Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office

THE ROLE
- NGGH++ is looking for a Consumer Insights specialist to join the Product and Merchandising team. You will report to the Head of Consumer Insights and contribute to researching and analysing consumer behaviour, preferences and market trends to provide valuable insights that will inform business strategies and decision-making for Product Creation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of consumer behaviour, preferences, and market trends through various qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Identify European Athletes and Consumer Needs
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports, and presentations to communicate market findings, consumer insights, and business recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Utilise Consumer trusted editor retailers (i.e. Zalando), trends, innovative strategy and marketplace analysis to inform future profitable global objectives
- Prioritise category and country feedback, consumer demands to optimise product request to the RDG team in Boston

WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Excellent data Analytics skills
- Proven passion and interest in Sports and Sport Culture merchandising knowledge is a plus
- Understanding consumer behaviours, trends and innovative products
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Powerpoint
- Fluent in English both written and spoken this will be tested in the interview process
