**YOUR TEAM**

You’d be working in a group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to carry out the research activities of the Foundation._ _

The Purchase Directorate is coordinated by Dr. Enzo Gelati.

In particular, your main responsibilities will be:

- Purchase orders drafting and management of subsequent related activities;
- Supplier’s Data entry and management.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Enrollment in protected categories L.68/99;
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or a similar discipline will be preferred;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Familiarity with the main IT software packages, including Word and Excel;
- Cooperative approach with the stakeholders;
- Accuracy and good analytical skills.

**ADDITIONAL SKILLS**
- Previous experience in Accounting in public environment;
- Documented experience in purchase order issuance and supplier’s data management;
- Knowledge of public procurement laws and SAP tool;
- Good negotiation and communication skills;
- Stakeholders oriented;
- Strong problem solving attitude;
- High motivation to learn;
- Spirit of innovation and creativity;
- Good at time and priority management;
- Ability to work in a challenging and international environment;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary and multicultural environment.
