- Develop, implement and deliver learning strategies and programs for European employees, in particular Italy, Greece, Iberian Peninsula, in order to contribute to the business achievement, growing and developing people skills and motivation.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the relation with HQ L&D and local stakeholders to collect, evaluate and prepare a shared calendar of the learning programs for Head Office and Store attendees based on global and local projects
- Assess both organizational and individual learning and development needs for proposing and preparing L&D programs, activities, and material with an accurate project management approach
- Create, design, and execute learning strategies and programs both in-house and with expert third parties
- Collaborate with local HR team and other internal departments to guarantee consistency in covering needs and meet the learning expectations
- Deliver trainings including on-boarding, managerial and behavioural to all professional families of the country
- Coach as needed the Managers to help increase their capabilities and knowledge in dealing with people
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs through KPIs
- Provide continuous feedback to HQ L&D and local stakeholders on the progress of the implemented initiatives
- Manage budget and cost
- Coordinate and monitor different stages of the Performance Management
- Prepare and deliver specific development initiatives to support internal growth and career paths according to the Performance Management results and HR guidelines
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most out of the learning opportunities
- Work effectively with LMS Digital Platform

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology/Adult Education/Science of Education/ Management and Organization Development of Human Resources/Economy or related area- 10+ years’ experience in HR L&D as HR or Consultant- Strong collaboration skills. Able to proactively partner with HR to develop strategy, solutions, and outstanding ability to work with different stakeholders- Strong continuous improvement mindset oriented to diversity and inclusion skillset- Ability to take initiative, influence, prioritize, negotiate, and partner cross-functionally- Digital mindset- Proficient in Success Factors modules, LMS digital platforms for learning and digital training solutions- Proficiency in English and Spanish language- High flexibility to travel
