Per la nostra azienda cliente, una delle principali piattaforme europee di Open Banking, siamo alla ricerca di un Business Development Manager.

**Posizione**:
Riportando al Chief Revenue Officer del gruppo, sarà il volto dell'azienda in Italia. In qualità di principale responsabile, creerà la visione per l'espansione Go To Market, sfruttando tutte le risorse che l'azienda ha costruito con i clienti (piattaforma, marchio, base clienti, esperienza nei casi d'uso,...). Identificherà i migliori segmenti e casi d'uso da indirizzare per catturare la prima rapida vittoria e aumentare rapidamente l'impronta aziendale nel paese.

**Requisiti**:
**Le sue principali missioni**:

- Definire ed eseguire l'azienda locale di Go To Market;
- agire come Chief Evangelist in Italia per creare consapevolezza sull'Open Banking;
- sviluppare partenariati strategici con i principali partner operativi e di crescita, le autorità di regolamentazione nella regione;
- essere l'ambasciatore dell'azienda nello spazio dei media e nelle fiere e nei congressi regionali, rafforzando l'interesse per le soluzioni;
- impostare le operazioni nel mercato italiano da zero a scala;
- generare lead e guidare i cicli di vendita per raggiungere la quota;
- Gestisci le conversazioni di vendita e l'evangelizzazione sia con Fintech che con grandi istituzioni finanziarie bancarie e assicurative.

**Profilo e competenze richieste**:

- 10+ anni di esperienza nelle vendite e nello sviluppo del business;
- capacità di sviluppare e implementare un piano di espansione aziendale;
- esperienza nella vendita di nuove tecnologie Fintech con un modello di business SaaS;
- mentalità imprenditoriale;
- disponibilità a sporcarsi le mani per ottenere risultati;
- godere di affrontare nuove sfide e avere un talento per suscitare curiosità nei clienti;
- eccezionali capacità comunicative e commerciali, attitudine all'avvio autonomo e passione per evangelizzare l'Open Banking nel mercato italiano;
- bilingue/madrelingua italiano, fluente inglese, francese è un plus;
- L'esperienza come country manager per un'azienda internazionale o come imprenditore che crea un'attività da zero è un vantaggio.
