In vista di un ampliamento dell’organico, siamo alla ricerca di Technical Presales da inserire nel nostro team di Milano.

Le attività che vedranno coinvolta la risorsa saranno le seguenti:

- Ascoltare e comprendere le esigenze dei clienti in riferimento alla struttura tecnologica, presentando possibili soluzioni;
- Dare supporto al settore commerciale dell’azienda nelle attività di prevendita e post vendita dei prodotti e servizi Informatici;
- Redigere la documentazione di High Level e presentare le soluzioni valutate;
- Strutturare e coordinare il team tecnico necessario per il supporto alla prevendita;
- Fornire indicazioni per l’implementazione, la distribuzione e il funzionamento delle soluzioni da adottare, implementare, aggiornare;
- Governare il progetto tecnico, e in caso più progetti e stabilire le corrette priorità;
- Identificare le eventuali criticità;
- Assicurare la qualità della soluzione tecnologica proposta;
- Monitorare la customer satisfaction;
- Acquisire nuove certificazioni sui prodotti/piattaforme specifiche di interesse aziendale e rinnovare quelle in possesso;
- Partecipare ai corsi di formazione per l’aggiornamento periodico di soluzioni informatiche organizzati ed autorizzati dall’azienda.

Completano il profilo buona capacità di relazionarsi con il cliente, buona abilità nella gestione di multi progetti e relativo scheduling, attitudine al problem solving, propensione alle relazioni interpersonali e al loro in team.
