Lo stagista sarà impegnato nelle attività che lo porteranno a:
Supportare il team marketing della Operating Unit Diabete nella preparazione della documentazione técnica ed economica indispensabile per la partecipazione alle gare d’appalto in via diretta, interfacciandosi con diverse funzioni aziendali quali Product Manager, Ufficio Gare, Sales, Legal, Customer Service.

**A Day in the Life**
Lo stagista, si occuperà principalmente di:

- Interfaccia con la Forza Vendita per la definizione dei prezzi;
- Inserimento delle offerte in Vendavo;
- Preparazione documentazione técnica;
- Preparazione dichiarazioni tecniche ed economiche;
- Gestione offerte semplici e procedure negoziate;
- Supporto nella preparazione di documentazione técnica ed economica nelle Procedure Aperte;
- Supporto alla Forza Vendita nel recuperare offerte e documenti di gara;
- Preparazione dell’elenco contenente la campionatura di gara;
- Supporto al marketing nell’aggiornamento delle schede tecniche.

- Diploma superiore/ Laurea triennale;
- Capacità di team working;
- Proattività e precisione;
- Capacità organizzative nella gestione delle scadenze/priorità;
- Buona propensione alle relazioni interpersonali;
- Buona propensione all’utilizzo dei principali strumenti informatici;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta.
