**Posizione**:

- Siamo alla ricerca di un _**_Sales and Marketing Director _**che avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
**Area Sales**
- Sviluppo e implementazione di strategie di vendita degli hotels, dei ristoranti, dei bar e delle SPA della Collection.
- Identificazione di nuovi mercati e canali di vendita, nonché lo sviluppo di offerte commerciali specifici per i diversi segmenti di clientela.
- Monitoraggio costante delle tendenze del mercato e dei competitors.
- Identificazione e gestione di partnership strategiche.
- Sviluppo del network con clienti chiave, agenti di viaggio, tour operator e altre parti interessate.
- Negoziazione e chiusura contratti con operatori, travel agent e partner commerciali.

**Area Marketing**
- Definizione sviluppo ed implementazione della strategia di marketing della Brand Identity della Collection.
- Sviluppo di iniziative di marketing efficaci
- Coordinamento e Supervisione delle attività di marketing in sinergia con il team di vendite e con i direttori degli hotels.
- Partecipazione a fiere del settore, eventi promozionali e attività di marketing offline e online.
- Gestione dei siti web degli hotel con utilizzo di tecniche SEO.
- Gestione e aggiornamento OTA

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo, preferibilmente nell'industria alberghiera o del turismo di lusso.
- Eccellenti capacità di leadership, gestione del team e collaborazione interfunzionale.
- Conoscenza approfondita delle dinamiche di vendite e di marketing
- Competenze strategiche nella definizione di piani di vendita e di marketing
- Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti e delle piattaforme di analisi dei dati e delle metriche di marketing.
- Spiccate competenze comunicative e relazionali, con la capacità di creare e mantenere relazioni solide con clienti, partner e agenzie esterne.
- Possesso di un portfolio contatti di prestigio
