**RIF. 3477: GO TO MARKET DIRECTOR - **GENOVA**

**SCOPO del RUOLO**:
Prendere la guida del processo strategico di Go to Market per tutti i mercati ed i diversi canali, strutturando processi e practices per realizzare gli obiettivi dell’area e proponendo agli stakeholder aziendali un piano di realizzazione integrato con le diverse funzioni (Sales & Marketing) e con le Region.

Alla posizione riportano le seguenti funzioni: Go to Market & Salesforce Training e Trade Marketing.

**AREE DI RESPONSIBILITA’**:

- garantire la definizione degli USP (Unique Selling Propositions) per sostenere la differenziazione di prodotto e l’awareness sui canali/mercati;
- predisporre e rendere disponibili materiali per i canali Trade e Direct e linee guida per i contenuti B2B2C;
- collaborare con gli stakeholder interni dell’headquarter commerciale e con i mercati, per gestire iniziative di formazione, comunicazione;
- rappresentare il punto di riferimento in azienda per l’expertise e i contenuti.

**REQUISITI**:
Idealmente proviene da aziende strutturate del FMCG e/o aziende di altri settori caratterizzate da reti distributive complesse e multicanale (Telco, Large Chain, Broadcasters, Retailers).

Fondamentale la conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese
