Il Milan Marriott Hotel è alla ricerca di una nuova risorsa da inserire nel reparto Human Resources con il ruolo di HR Business Partner, che sarà il punto di riferimento in relazione alle esigenze di gestione, organizzazione e sviluppo delle risorse umane.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Gestione, implementazione e supervisione dei processi e delle procedure relativi all’amministrazione del personale;
- Gestione dei processi di controllo presenze attraverso il portale Zucchetti Infinity, chiusure mensili e creazione delle reportistiche post paghe circa i principali Key Performance Indicators, interfacciandosi con il Consulente del Lavoro, in linea con procedure e policy aziendale;
- Pianificazione e implementazione strategie volte al raggiungimento degli obiettivi stabiliti dall'azienda;
- Gestione e implementazione nuove procedure per il welfare aziendale, al fine di potenziare gli aspetti di Employer Branding;
- Redazione Budget annuale e Forecast settimanale oltre Report Mensili circa costi del personale EFTE e Headcounts;
- Collaborazione con i diversi reparti per comprendere e supportare le loro esigenze in materia di selezione del personale, lavorando a stretto contatto con il referente della selezione;
- Implementazione dei sistemi di valutazione delle competenze oltre che all’analisi di clima interno;
- Collaborazione con il responsabile della formazione per raccogliere e coordinare i processi di formazione del personale, definire piani di sviluppo per dipartimenti e mansioni specifiche, supervisionare l'organizzazione dei corsi e la gestione delle aule, il tutto volto alla crescita dei talenti presenti in azienda;
- Gestione delle controversie interne stragiudiziali o giudiziali, oltre alle procedure disciplinari aziendali supportato dallo Studio legale aziendale;
- Gestione e supervisione dei processi relativi alle attività di Outsourcing, al coordinamento delle eventuali richieste relative all’utilizzo di personale in somministrazione oltre a ogni aspetto documentale e/o contrattuale;
**Experience, Skills & Knowledge**
- Esperienza precedente di 2 anni nella posizione (preferibilmente in hotel con brand internazionali);
- Laurea in Giurisprudenza/Economia;
- Master in Organizzazione e Gestione delle Risorse Umane/Data Science (preferibile);
- Lingua inglese: livello B2;
- Eccellente padronanza del pacchetto Office 365, in particolare Excel;
- Conoscenza dei principali canali social
- Conoscenza dei programmi di presentazione gráfica (Canva, Prezii, Animaker );
- Esperienza nella creazione di strategie per Benefit, Compensation e Welfare;
- Conoscenza e utilizzo precedente del portale Infinity Zucchetti;
- Abilità di public speaking;
- Propensione al lavoro di gruppo e grande capacità di ascolto;
- Metodologia e organizzazione legate a una programmazione del lavoro per priorità;
- Capacità di collaborare in gruppo per raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati;
- Conoscenza e utilizzo pregresso dei social media a scopo professionale.
