Il Responsabile di Manutenzione ha il compito di assicurare ii mantenimento nelle migliori condizioni operative degli impianti, macchinari ed attrezzature nel pieno rispetto dell'ambiente e della sicurezza, garantendone efficienza e parametri qualitativi

Responsabilità essenziali:

- Garantire l'esecuzione delle attivita di manutenzione, definendo un programma e coordinando le risorse interne ed esterne a disposizione
- Garantire la corretta conservazione delle apparecchiature/attrezzature/impianti, compresi quelli aventi rilevanza per Ambiente, Salute e Sicurezza
- Garantire la disponibilita delle parti di ricambio e la corretta gestione delle medesime
- Monitorare gli indicatori aziendali in ottica del miglioramento continuo garantire ii rispetto del budget assegnato
- Gestire le risorse umane assegnate, garantendo ii rispetto della normativa in materia di lavoro ed ii CCNL ed assicurandone la crescita e lo sviluppo
- Proporre attivita di miglioramento
- Sovraintende e vigila sulla sorveglianza da parte dei singoli lavoratori dei loro obblighi di legge nonche di tutte le disposizioni aziendali inerenti Ambiente, Salute e Sicurezza e di uso dei DPI
- Verifica che solo i lavoratori che hanno ricevuto adeguate istruzioni accedano alle zone che Ii espongono ad un rischio grave e specifico
- Ha autorita per ordinare l'abbandono del posto di lavoro in caso di situazioni di rischio e per coordinare le situazioni di emergenza
- Segnala tempestivamente al datore di lavoro o al dirigente le deficienza di mezzi, attrezzature, DPI che possono provocare condizione di pericolo per Ambiente, Salute e Sicurezza
- Promuove la cooperazione e il coordinamento dei lavori di propria pertinenza dati in appalto a societa esterne, anche ai fini della prevenzione dei rischi per Ambiente, Salute e Sicurezza
- Effettua i controlli operativi su macchine, attrezzature, impianti di propria pertinenza
- Coordina e monitora i controlli operativi affidati a imprese esterne

Requisiti di posizione:

- Laurea Magistrale in lngegneria Meccanica
- Utilizzo professionale di MS Office e Autocad / Solidworks
- Capacita di lavorare con priorita differenti
- Teamwork
- Attitudine alle relazioni interpersonali
- Eccellenti skills analitici, problem solving e proattivita
