**Descrizione del lavoro**:
Nella posizione di FedEx Operations Supervisor, supporterete il Direttore Operativo supervisionando un team di Operatori e Autisti. Contribuirà a mantenere e migliorare l'efficienza operativa, i costi e i livelli di servizio, riducendo al minimo i danni.

**Responsabilità principali**:

- Assicurare che i dipendenti siano trattati in modo coerente ed equo e siano motivati.
- Avviare ed eseguire le azioni necessarie per garantire il raggiungimento dei livelli di servizio.
- Assicurarsi che il team comprenda correttamente gli obiettivi e i servizi.
- Garantire che durante il turno vengano rispettate le pratiche di lavoro sicure e conformi alle norme operative.
- Esperienza nella gestione di un turno e di un team in un ambiente di lavorazione delle merci molto frequentato.
- Capacità di gestire efficacemente il proprio tempo e quello del team con attenzione ai dettagli.
- Essere energico ed entusiasta.
- Buone capacità di comunicazione.
- Disponibilita’ a lavorare in fascia oraria notturna

**Qualifiche**:

- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni
- Diploma
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Conoscenza pacchetto Office
