Il nostro cliente è tra i principali player in Italia nel settore del noleggio di breve, medio e lungo termine di veicoli commerciali, dinamica, in crescita ed in continua evoluzione.
**Il tuo nuovo ruolo**
Per un rafforzamento della struttura finance è alla ricerca di un/a Responsabile Finance e Operations per guidare l’organizzazione aziendale e le funzioni amministrazione e controllo. Nello specifico la risorsa sarà chiamata a ricoprire un ruolo strategico nella gestione dei rapporti tra l’azienda ed il CDA. Infatti dovrà proporre, insieme al Direttore Commerciale, i piani di investimento, sviluppo e gestione, anche pluriennali, da sottoporre all’approvazione del Consiglio di Amministrazione (CDA), durante le riunioni; ed, allo stesso tempo, trasmetterà le decisioni del CDA ai dipendenti, assicurando che i compiti siano eseguiti correttamente. Coordinerà e supervisionerà la funzione amministrazione, controllo e finanza, occupandosi della redazione del bilancio, del budget e della reportistica finanziaria, gestirà i rapporti con i fornitori chiave e lavorerà sull’efficientamento continuo dei processi operativi interni.
