**Sales Manager** per Azienda di Macchine Automatiche per il Packaging Secondario
Per Azienda italiana che opera nella produzione di macchine automatiche per il packaging secondario, con una reputazione consolidata per l'innovazione e l'eccellenza nella qualità, stiamo cercando un/una Sales Manager dinamico/a e motivato/a per guidare la divisione Sales & Marketing dell'azienda.
**Posizione: Sales Manager**
**Luogo di Lavoro: Provincia di Belluno**
Responsabilità Principali:
- Gestire la divisione Sales & Marketing, coordinando un team di 5 professionisti.
- Supervisionare l'intera rete commerciale dell'azienda.
- Sviluppare e implementare strategie commerciali vincenti, guidando il team verso il successo.
- Essere il punto di riferimento per le decisioni strategiche a livello commerciale.
- Comunicare in modo efficace con i clienti esistenti e potenziali.
Requisiti:
- Esperienza comprovata in ruoli commerciali, preferibilmente in aziende di produzione su commessa.
- Gradita l'esperienza nel settore delle macchine automatiche per il packaging
- Fluente in inglese.
- Eccellenti capacità e competenze analitiche, con familiarità nell'uso di moderni strumenti di analisi.
- Capacità di gestire e motivare un team, promuovendo una leadership partecipativa.
- Eccellenti capacità relazionali per instaurare rapporti solidi con i clienti e il team interno.
