**Responsibilities**:

**Mission**:
As part of the Cash Management Middle Office, the Customer Service Officer is the main contact for customer enquiries about current account daily activity.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Providing customer support by creating a strong link with the clients and being at the center of the customer relationship, having the main tasks:

- Client Paper instructions
- Customer Services and flows supervision
- Mandate SEPA Direct Debit
- Power of Attorney’s management
- Implementation of Cash Management products and services
- Coordinating with the head office in Paris and other Société Générale’s operational divisions

**Profile required**:
**Studies & experience**:

- College degree
- At least 3 years of experience in Cash Management

**Language skills**:

- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)

**Technical, operational & Soft skills**:

- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent knowledge of payment systems
- Demonstrated client-centric mindset and behavior
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Strong client service orientation
- Ability to promptly manage client’s enquiries
- Able to respect tight deadlines
- Commitment and diligence
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Very good organization of work
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
