This role is based in Italy and as such all normal working days must be carried out in Italy.

Join us as a Western Europe FX Sales Director
- Joining our European FX Sales team, you’ll be providing FX solutions to our core Financial Institutions and Corporates client base
- Utilising your experience in a similar role, you’ll be supporting the growth of the business, engaging with key stakeholders and product partners while supporting the development of the product in line with customer needs
- It’s an opportunity to gain great stakeholder exposure as well as excellent visibility for you and your work

**What you'll do**:
As our FX Sales Director, you’ll be working as part of a team supporting the growth of our Southern European FX Sales business, principally across FX and FXO.

Through the course of your role, you’ll be:

- Taking ownership of a portfolio of clients tasked with delivering revenue growth through tailored client solutions
- Using financial models to generate indicative pricing, returns on capital and potential capital impact from various structures
- Managing new transactions through the deal approval and capital allocation process and decisions
- Helping to explore opportunities to grow the team’s franchise, working with businesses including Large Corporates & Institutions, Structuring and Structured Finance
- Supporting and maintaining a robust risk control environment, and implementing a client focus throughout business strategy, communications and client engagement

**The skills you'll need**:
Crucial to your success will be your knowledge and experience of implementing FX and FXO products, paired with your knowledge of the Southern Europe financial institutions and corporate sector. You’ll be fully fluent in Italian and English with basic Spanish language knowledge being an advantage.

It’s also essential that you have:

- FX sales experience on the sell side in a currencies - or similar - sales or trading role
- An excellent track record of collaborative working practice, specifically across teams and products
- An understanding of the regulatory environment affecting the currencies business
