È alla ricerca di **n. 1 Billing & Customer Care Specialist **in un’ottica di rafforzamento e crescita dell’attuale organico presso la propria sede di **Milano** (MI).

In questo ruolo, la risorsa dovrà contribuire alla gestione delle attività di post-vendita (back office e customer care) ed alla fatturazione relativa ai clienti Power & Gas del segmento Large Industrial e PMI, supportando i clienti nella risoluzione di eventuali problematiche tecniche.

**I tuoi obiettivi e le tue responsabilità**:

- **Attività di post-selling**
- Caricamento e controllo delle anagrafiche dei clienti acquisiti e costante aggiornamento sui sistemi aziendali;
- Verifica della completezza della documentazione contrattuale.
- **Attività di back office/fatturazione**
- Gestione e monitoraggio delle richieste di variazione anagráfica;
- Monitoraggio del processo di fatturazione attiva delle forniture di Power & Gas per i clienti del segmento Large Industrial & PMI secondo le direttive aziendali;
- Verifica e riconciliazione delle fatture e dei documenti di trasporto;
- Gestione e monitoraggio delle dichiarazioni fiscali e riconciliazione con reportistica UTF;
- Imputare e registrare correttamente nel gestionale aziendale le diverse specifiche e variazioni richieste dal cliente.
- **Customer Care**
- Mantenere i rapporti con i clienti su tematiche di fatturazione fornendo il proprio contributo nella risoluzione di eventuali problematiche;
- Predisposizione di report ad-hoc.
- **Service development**
- Contribuire allo sviluppo delle funzionalità dei sistemi aziendali dedicati alla clientela finale (CRM, billing system, portale clienti).

**Requisiti**:
**Esperienza**
- Provenienza dal settore energia e gas (preferenziali) o da imprese di vendita
- Seniority di 1-2 anni

**Formazione**
- Laurea / Diploma

**Competenze tecniche**
- Conoscenza avanzata di Excel (formule, pivot, macro)
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese da livello B1
- Conoscenza Power BI (preferenziale)

**Competenze trasversali**
- Precisione, analisi e metodo durante lo svolgimento delle attività
- Buona gestione dello stress e delle scadenze
- Propensione allo svolgimento di attività routinarie
