We are looking for a Personal Assistant to General Manager for the 2024 season to join our team.
Reports to Area Managing Director.
**Main duties & responsibilities**:
- Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Organize meetings and events both internal and external
- Act as a liaison between staff and the GM when necessary
- Facilitate communications within all levels of the company including preparing written correspondence
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an assistant working under senior management or similar administrative role
- Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent English writing and speaking (C1 level), other languages are plus
- Discretion with personal and confidential information
**Other requirements**:
- Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability
- Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player
- Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues

- We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 3, Personal Assistant to GM
- Start date: June 2024 to End date: September 2024, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.
- Salary as by CCNL + increase based on seniorirty and skill level, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR
