About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to General Manager to join our team at Belmond. As a key member of our management team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our General Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our luxury hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage the General Manager's schedule, including agendas, emails, calls, and travel arrangements.
- Calendar Management: Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management to ensure the General Manager's time is utilized efficiently.
- Confidentiality: Handle confidential documents and information with discretion and ensure their secure storage.
- Meetings and Events: Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and conferences.
- Liaison: Act as a liaison between staff and the General Manager, facilitating communication and resolving issues as needed.
- Correspondence: Prepare and draft written correspondence on behalf of the General Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as an assistant working under senior management or a similar administrative role.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to think proactively and prioritize work effectively.
- Communication: Excellent English writing and speaking skills (C1 level), with other languages being a plus.
- Discretion: Discretion with personal and confidential information.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Email suites.

Benefits:
- Seasonal Labour Contract: We offer a seasonal labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 3, Personal Assistant to GM.
- Salary and Benefits: Salary as per CCNL + increase based on seniority and skill level, separate payslip for 13°, 14°, and TFR.
