Titolo di studio richiesto:

- Diploma di Laurea in Ingegneria o altre discipline scientifiche (Matematica, Fisica).

Esperienza professionale:

- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza, di cui almeno 3 in ambito Supply Chain;
- Esperienza relativa alla gestione di New Product Development per gli aspetti industriali e di supply chain;
- Esperienza nell’analisi dei fabbisogni di produzione e di performance dei fornitori;
- Esperienza nelle attività di ricerca di mercato;
- Esperienza e/o conoscenza dei prodotti nel settore Difesa/Aeronautico e relativo contesto industriale (inclusa Supply Chain);
- Esperienza nella gestione di negoziazioni e contratti;
- Ottima conoscenza del ciclo di acquisti;
- Buona padronanza su SAP (MP);
- Project Management skills;
- Risk Management skills.

Costituirà titolo preferenziale l’aver maturato esperienza nella gestione acquisti in ambito Direct Commodities; costituirà altresì titolo preferenziale la conoscenza técnica di commodities elettroniche utilizzate nei settori difesa/aeronautica.

Attività previste per il ruolo

La Risorsa prescelta si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Definizione delle strategie d’acquisto per la categoria d’appartenenza (Direct Commodities) e supporto alla definizione di contratti;
- Analisi delle Roadmap tecnologiche aziendali e dei fabbisogni di produzione al fine di supportare il business nella definizione di una Supply Chain consistente e sostenibile nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi di OTOQOC aziendali nel breve-medio-lungo termine;
- Analisi di mercato per condurre scouting di nuovi fornitori, assessment di capabilities e rischi della catena di fornitura;
- Supportare i clienti interni nella definizione dei requisiti tecnici di acquisto e proporre soluzioni realistiche e convenienti nel rispetto delle policies aziendali;
- Partecipazione a processo di gara, definizione del panel fornitori e redazione dossier di scelta;
- Monitoraggio performance dei fornitori e aggiornamento strategia;
- Concorrere agli obiettivi di Cost Reduction della funzione;
- Fornire informazioni per le attività di analisi, sondaggi e reporting all’interno della Funzione.

Requisiti:
Competenze Professionali: - Capacità di effettuare analisi di mercato per condurre scouting di nuovi fornitori, assessment di capabilities e rischi della catena di fornitura;
- Conoscenza del mercato difesa /avionico /aerospaziale;
- Contract knowledge e contract management;
- Attitudine al problem solving;
- Conoscenza delle principali certificazioni di Qualità;
- Ottima comunicazione verbale e scritta;
- Ottime capacità di negoziazione. Conoscenze linguistiche: - Inglese fluente. Competenze organizzative/Soft skills: - Proattività;
- Capacità di lavorare in team;
