**Job Description**:
Your Responsibilities:

- To maintain and update the EHS Management System and related procedures and monitors the data related to the Health, Safety and environmental aspects, presenting the results to the Management during the annual review.
- To Collaborate with EHS Manager in the process of renewing all HS permit authorizations, Safety Report, pursuant to Legislative Decree 105/2015, in compliance with legislative requirements and interfacing with the authorities in obtaining them and collaborating in the drafting and preparation of the required documentation.
- To Collaborate with the EHS Manager in updating the risk assessment documentation pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 and identifies the safety and health workplace measures.
- To Collaborate with EHS Manager in updating the document assessing the contractors’ risks interference (DUVRI) when operating in the plant pursuant to art. 26 of Legislative Decree no.81/2008 as well as making relevant information available (Article 14) to contractors regarding The Seveso-III-Directive regarding the prevention of major accidents involving dangerous substances.
- To Collaborate with the plant doctor and EHS Manager in updating the health surveillance protocol, verifying that it is put in place.
- To Develop, propose, organize, and provide ongoing training programs on health and safety topics, including also field training regarding the internal emergency plan and Seveso regulations related to accident scenarios Legislative Decree 105/15.
- To Identifies and proposes solutions to improve safety, environmental and accident prevention systems to minimize the risk of work-place accidents and environmental incidents.
- To participate in internal and external audit programs in order to maintain environmental and safety certifications (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EMAS);
- To represent EHS during the processes of: Management of change (DRS and PSSR). Incidents investigation. PHA; LOPA, SBA
- To coordinate and promote activities to improve the safety culture of the plant, promoting improvement and involvement activities (safety contact, exposure reduction, 5S, etc.).

Your Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications
- Technical Diploma
- Certified Safety Trainer
- 3 years of experience in the field of EHS in industry
- Knowledge of main Italian, Health, Safety and Environmental regulations
- High level of professional integrity
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly collaborative spirit with strong team and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Fluent Italian & English.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred qualifications
- Engineering or Science BS degree
- Training required by Italian regulation for ASPP (Addetto servizio prevenzione e protezione).
- Incident investigation Leader (Cause Mapping)
- Experienced in implementation of H&S management system.
- Internal auditor certified for ISO14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001
- Qualified PHA and LOPA Coordinator
