**Posizione**:
Start Hub Consulting supporta Unilever nella ricerca di un Customer Development Finance Strategy Assistant appartenente a categorie protette.

Il monitoraggio dei costi legati alle attività promozionali è oggi un aspetto imprescindibile per ogni azienda.

Per il team di Customer Development Unilever è alla ricerca di una persona che si occuperà dell'analisi dei dati di vendita dei singoli clienti. Lo scopo è quello di verificare e comprendere eventuali scostamenti dalle condizioni commerciali del piano.

Responsabilità:

- Supportare le attività di chiusura di fine mese con particolare attenzione alla dimensione del Customer sia In Home and Out of Home e across channels (New Generation Channels, TBO, e-commerce)
- Supportare i business partner fornendo informazioni e aiutando nella preparazione di business case su specifiche combinazioni Cliente/Canale/Prodotto
- Supportare l'analisi TMI per clienti e canali
- Supportare i processi di trasformazione digitale
- Supportare CD Director e NAM (National Account Manager) nella definizione dei piani strategici per i clienti

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Economia, Finanza, Statistica
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli affini
- Buona conoscenza di SAP
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office (word, excel, PowerBI etc.) e di Google Apps
- Conoscenza della lingua italiana ed inglese fluente
- Ottime capacità di analisi dei dati e di problem solving
- Capacità organizzative e ottima propensione a lavorare in team.

Requisito fondamentale sarà l'iscrizione alle liste delle Categorie Protette - Collocamento Mirato - Legge 68/99.
