Breitling isn’t just a watchmaker; we’re the pioneers of adventure—whether it’s in the air, on the sea, or on land. We’re searching for a **Retail Director** to join our **#Squad in Italy**. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Italy/Malta, you’ll take the helm of our retail network, overseeing **4 internal boutiques and 1 partner boutique.** Your mission? Amplify our retail strategy, push the limits of sales, and craft a high-performance team that embodies our bold spirit.

**Your mission**:
**Elevate Retail Performance**
- Infuse the Breitling Italy retail culture with new energy and drive.
- Define, implement, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that push the boundaries of success.
- Cultivate a powerhouse client base and expand our brand’s reach through dynamic local networking.
- Lead the charge in generating bold ideas for future retail innovations.

**Inspire and Lead**
- Coach and empower your team to not just hit sales targets but to crush them.
- Equip your sales team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences that resonate with our brand ethos.
- Foster a sales culture that thrives on ambition, with a relentless focus on business and people development.
- Encourage your team to stay ahead of the curve with cutting-edge insights into customer interaction trends.

**Cross-functional collaboration**
- Forge a powerful alliance with Marketing to boost brand awareness, drive traffic, and maximize sell-out.
- Communicate business priorities and targets clearly and decisively to store managers and their teams.
- Further develop our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) across the retail network.
- Partner with the Key Account Manager to push the growth and development of our partner boutique.

**Operations**
- Ensure our retail network operates like a well-oiled machine, fully compliant with all company policies on security, health, and safety.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Stay ahead of stock levels to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Oversee store upkeep and maintenance, ensuring our boutiques are always in peak condition.

**What you bring to the table**:

- A solid track record in retail or in the luxury sector.
- Proven leadership skills with a knack for people management.
- Experience in the watch industry? Even better.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Expertise in CRMs (Salesforce is a plus) and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint mastery).
- A strong background in retail network development.
- Flexibility for regular travel and the occasional weekend or evening shift.
- Stellar negotiation and influencing skills.
- An analytical mind coupled with top-notch organizational abilities.
- A visionary leader with a sharp business acumen and a flair for style.
