**IL RUOLO**
Per il nostro **Hub Lombardia (Lainate) **cerchiamo un** Project Coordinator - gestione commessa,** **che avrà il compito di pianificare i progetti di installazione al fine di garantire un servizio continuo e puntuale ai nostri clienti.
Dal **Project Coordinator** dipendono performances e prestazioni dell’intero hub e la pianificazione di tutte le risorse tra cui installatori, commerciali e tecnici. La risorsa sarà il principale punto di contatto per i clienti, assicurandosi che risorse e personale siano assegnati correttamente e che le tempistiche di installazione prefissate vengano rispettate.
**LE RESPONSABILITÀ**
- Programma le visite dei nostri tecnici specializzati;
- Gestione commessa;
- Gestisce la pianificazione delle installazione e dei nostri esperti;
- Crea gli ordini di vendita e di acquisto attraverso il nostre ERP;
- Controlla tutte le diverse fasi dell'installazione attraverso il CRM interno;
- E' il responsabile locale dei diversi IT tool utlizzati;
- Si coordina con i principali stakeholders interni ed esterni per garantire il successo dell'installazione e la soddisfazione del cliente.
**IL TUO PROFILO**
- Esperienza in posizioni come Operations Coordinator / Customer Service;
- Esperienza in Excel (Pivot, sorting, calculations);
- Esperienza in planning system/MRP/ERP quali Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Netsuite o simili;
- Ottime capacità di gestione, organizzazione, pianificazione;
- Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e in crescita;
- Buona dialettica e ottime doti interpersonali;
- Una precedente esperienza a contatto con il pubblico/ambito B2C è desiderabile.
