**Descrizione del ruolo**:
Il Principe di Savoia, storico e prestigioso hotel di Milano, che fa parte della Dorchester Collection, una delle migliori compagnie di hotel di lusso al mondo, cerca per la propria struttura una figura di Guest Experience Agent - Back of the House.

La persona che stiamo cercando sarà il primo punto di contatto in Hotel per tutti i nostri Ospiti.

Dovrà avere una personalità versatile, più relazionale nel rapporto con gli Ospiti, più esperienziale nella preparazione del loro soggiorno in Hotel e a Milano e più técnica per quanto riguarda le funzioni amministrative.

L’obiettivo principale è collaborare attivamente con il team per mettere l’Ospite al centro delle nostre attenzioni e per gestire importanti funzioni amministrative in qualità di Back of House del Ricevimento.

Principali mansioni e responsabilità:

- Contatto con gli Ospiti per organizzare e personalizzare la loro esperienza, costruire e rafforzare una relazione significativa cercando di soddisfare i bisogni emotivi più profondi
- Collaborazione continua e costante con il Front of the House
- Comunicazione attiva con gli altri reparti dell’Hotel e con tutto il resto del team per garantire un costante allineamento
- Utilizzo dei nostri sistemi Opera e Nexus per lo svolgimento delle mansioni quotidiane.
