Il team è composto da **oltre 490 risorse** tra ingegneri, tecnici e project manager ed è guidato dallo scopo condiviso di fornire i migliori servizi di ingegneria per un mondo migliore e sostenibile.

Per ampliamento del nostro organico stiamo cercando un **Energy Efficiency Manager - Industriale** da inserire nel nostro Dipartimento di Efficienza Energetica.

**Descrizione**:
In particolare, si occuperà di:

- Definizione di strategie d’intervento per il risparmio energetico in logica multidisciplinare, con particolare focus circa la valutazione di iniziative volte all’efficienza dei singoli processi
- Supporto alla definizione di roadmap e strategie complesse per la de-carbonizzazione dei processi industriali
- Supporto alla redazione di progetti per l’ottenimento di incentivi o agevolazioni su interventi di efficienza energetica (TEE, Industria 5.0 et sim.)
- Supporto nella redazione di pre-assessment a favore di siti produttivi/industriali
- Supporto nella redazione di Diagnosi Energetiche secondo DL 102/14

**Profilo ricercato**:

- Persona proattiva, meticolosa, flessibile;
- Laurea in Ingegneria Energetica, Meccanica o Elettrica o Diploma Tecnico equivalente;
- Esperienza di almeno 4 anni nella mansione;
- Gradita precedente nomina o collaborazione rispetto a ruoli di Energy Manager in aziende strutturate;
- Gradita familiarità con le procedure operative per l’ottenimento di incentivi quali i Titoli di Efficientamento Energetico;
- Gradita familiarità con i meccanismi di agevolazione fiscale applicabili alle aziende produttrici e manifatturiere;
- Conoscenza dei sistemi degli applicativi informatici di base (Office, Autocad );
- Disponibilità a brevi trasferte sul territorio (di durata al più settimanale) in caso di rilievi o sopralluoghi.
