Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Italy. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling our energy solutions to customers in the Telecom Power Solution business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on our energy solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy or power electronics industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong technical knowledge of energy solutions and power electronics
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills
