La nostra richiesta:
Stiamo cercando un/a National Sales Manager per la nostra sede di Roma Tiburtina, che possa coordinare la preparazione delle Offerte Commerciali per raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita.
Le tue responsabilità:
- Partecipare a Meeting preliminari con i Clienti (Bidder Conference e/o incontri dedicati) per inquadrare correttamente l'opportunità commerciale;
- Convocare il Kick-Off Meeting per illustrare al Bid Team l'opportunità Commerciale;
- Coordinare le attività di preparazione di Offerta, in stretta collaborazione con il Bid Manager di riferimento;
- Coordinare e interagire con le funzioni interne (Ingegneria, Project Management, Procurement, Risk Management) per assicurare adeguato avanzamento dei lavori;
- Incontrare i Clienti per negoziare l'Offerta e raggiungere un accordo;
- Partecipare al processo di miglioramento continuo (process improvement) e approfondire la conoscenza dei prodotti della Area di Business Land&Sea;
- Partecipare alle attività di formazione aziendale per i processi di Marketing & Sales management.
Requisiti:
- Laurea Magistrale in ambito STEM o gestionale;
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza maturati in ambito Marketing, Sales, Project Management di programmi o Ingegneria di Offerta;
- Conoscenza dei principi di Project Management e Bid Management;
- Spiccate attitudini relazionali, gestione del tempo e delle priorità, spirito di collaborazione e capacità di coordinamento;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata, livello B1;
- Conoscenza degli strumenti di Microsoft Office, in particolare Word, Excel, Power Point.

Disponibilità a trasferte in ambito nazionale.
