Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team at Harbor Freight Tools. As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure that the sales floor is well-organized and visually appealing, with a focus on merchandising and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their sales and customer service skills.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a retail leadership role.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and associates.
