Job Title: Construction Project Manager - Renewable Energy

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Greentalent. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction phase of renewable energy projects from start to finish. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading recruiter in the energy sector and contribute to the development of sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or construction management.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Italian, with good English language skills (oral and written).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
