Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager Interior Design at THIRTYONE Design + Management. The Project Manager Interior Design will oversee and manage projects from conception to completion, including space planning, interior design, construction drawings, furniture selection, and installation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  2. Develop and implement space planning and interior design strategies that meet client needs and expectations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create construction drawings and select furniture that aligns with project goals.
  4. Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives and deliver exceptional results.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence in project management.
  8. Contribute to the development of business strategies and growth initiatives that align with THIRTYONE Design + Management's vision and mission.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in space planning and interior design, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  2. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  3. Strong knowledge of construction drawings, furniture selection, and installation processes.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  7. Experience in the hospitality or commercial industry is a plus.
