**Position Summary**:
GRIMALDI ALLIANCE is seeking a consultant, possibly an attorney, with several years of professional experience in business strategy, international projects, and business development worldwide. Additional experience in international law firms or consultancies or multinational corporations is an advantage. GRIMALDI ALLIANCE is in fact a pioneer as well as the nerve center of a whole series of networks and opportunities across borders and is looking for a resource person to contribute to the International Business Development Team.

Excellent oral and written communication skills will be major assets—enabling you to negotiate effectively, and to seamlessly manage the flow of information between practice groups, clients and stakeholders. Regularly working in large, international and multidisciplinary teams, you should also demonstrate a collaborative approach and an ease interacting with a wide range of legal and business professionals. Proactive and self-motivated, you should be eager to take ownership of your work product and demonstrate the skill, talent and commitment to deliver outstanding results.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience within a top tier firm/ consultancies;
- Knowledge of business development strategy and project management;
- Business development and networking attitude and organizational skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficiency level in English;
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel);
- Ability to teamwork but also to perform independently and with responsibility and team entrustment.

**Duties and Accountabilities**:
You will work closely with the International Business Development Team. Your main duties will be:

- Coordinating the international cross-border business opportunities, through the GA network;
- Support the business development in different markets, bringing innovative ideas to the table;
- Support the International GA Committee as well as the Business Development Team;
- Managing junior associates and graduates as a part of the team.
