Narrow Mid Web is a Bobst Group product line working on the development and production of state-of-the-art digital printing machining for the label industry. Bobst is a global player in the printing market and in order to support our fast-growing product line, we are looking for a **_global customer service and post-sale specialist._**

The **g**_lobal customer service and post-sale specialist_** responsibility is to ensure that the customers maintenance service contract terms and conditions are followed, respected, and meet audit control requirements. In addition to propose solutions and efficiencies to resolve customer issues, ensuring that the customer needs are always met.

The person that we would like meeting will have to act as a contract controller and trusted advisor, to ensure that the compliancy of customers Maintenance agreements is met, in accordance with the contract Terms and Conditions, and the Audit quality control requirements.

**Main responsibilities and daily tasks**:

- Invoicing customers monthly for linear meter production and maintenance service fee, in accordance with the customers respective maintenance agreement, as well as any non-standard billing involving services;
- Working closely with the Account Receivable team, being responsible for sending customers reminders regarding overdue invoices;
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal departments, which involves working closely with Sales and Finance, as well as liaising with all departments to address all aspects of customer needs and issues;
- Documenting procedures and customer protocols, best practices, and workflow, including updating of internal work instructions and training materials;
- Customer master data management in several tools such as SAP, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, etc... Also, to periodically follow up the growing new machine installations and gather from all departments involved, the right information needed for customer support operations.

Ability to work closely and collaborate with various internal departments, mainly Sales, Finance, IT Systems project managers, legal and onsite technicians.

**Education and Languages**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian, more European languages, principally French is a plus;
- Business administration degree.
