**Il ruolo**
- La risorsa selezionata, riportando al Sales Director dell’azienda, sarà responsabile di rafforzare e promuovere le attività di vendita nell'area designata in Italia.
- Prenderà parte a diverse visite Clienti sul territorio, con un travel time di oltre il 50% e disponibilità a trasferte anche di più giorni.
- Si relazionerà internamente con la Proprietà e forza vendita locale e globale.

**Responsabilità principali**:

- Gestire e ampliare la rete di clienti e partner, visitando regolarmente i clienti nell'area per raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita e gli indicatori del numero di nuovi clienti stabiliti dall'azienda.
- Sviluppare e implementare strategie di vendita presso la rete per introdurre e consolidare il marchio QJ nel mercato italiano.
- Analizzare i trend di mercato per anticipare le esigenze dei clienti e adattare le strategie di vendita di conseguenza.
- Collaborare con i team globali per garantire un allineamento con gli standard e le pratiche del marchio QJ.
- Organizzazione e partecipazione a eventi e fiere per aumentare la visibilità e la presenza del marchio.

**Requisiti Essenziali**:

- Esperienza Professionale: almeno 3 anni nel settore delle motociclette, con una comprensione profonda delle dinamiche di mercato.
- Conoscenza del Mercato: forte conoscenza della concorrenza e delle tendenze del mercato delle motociclette in Italia.
- Competenze Informatiche: Eccellente padronanza del pacchetto Office, con enfasi su Excel e l'uso avanzato dei pivot.
- Competenza linguistica: ottimo livello di lingua inglese
