AxL, Divisione Alti Profili, ricerca e seleziona per conto di azienda operante nel settore farmaceutico un:
**AREA MANAGER PHARMA**

che, in accordo con le politiche commerciali dell’azienda e a diretto riporto del National Sales Manager, coordinerà e gestirà gli Informatori Scientifici del Farmaco presenti nel territorio Lombardo.

Nello specifico la risorsa dovrà:

- coordinare e organizzare le attività della forza vendita, al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi di budget definiti;
- curare gli interventi di affiancamento, formazione e motivazione della forza vendita;
- occuparsi della selezione di nuovi informatori del farmaco;
- collaborare alla stesura del budget condividendo gli obiettivi e risultati attesi;
- fornire feedback regolari e strutturati al National Sales Manager

**coprirà la zona di Milano, Brescia, Bergamo, Monza e Brianza, Como, Lecco, Sondrio.**

Si richiede:

- laurea in discipline scientifiche;
- pluriennale esperienza come Area Manager o Informatore Scientifico del Farmaco presso aziende farmaceutiche;
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e del pacchetto Office.

Completano il profilo:

- dinamicità e predisposizione al lavoro in team
- ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative,
- forte orientamento al risultato
- buone capacità organizzative e di problem-solving

La provenienza dal settore dei farmaci ginecologici costituisce titolo preferenziale.

Si offre: contratto di assunzione a tempo indeterminato, bonus a raggiungimento obiettivi, auto aziendale e rimborsi spese.

Sede di Lavoro: Milano si effettueranno gli appuntamenti nelle province di Milano, Brescia, Bergamo, Monza e Brianza, Como, Lecco, Sondrio.
